Career Advising
The Directors of Academic Success meet with our students early in their educational process to help them understand how their courses and degree programs are related to their personal and professional development. In order to help students gain experience that will be useful in seeking employment, we will assist students in pursuing volunteer positions in areas that match students' interests. Upon request by families, we will assist students with part time job or internship applications.
Academic Success enables students to acquire the communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills that employers demand. Our goal is to guide our students in exploring career possibilities, to empower them to meet the challenges of today’s workforce, and to aid our students in achieving their independence.
